Indie Pair Find Homes With U.S Distribs

Two U.S. acquisitions by boutique distributors signal that deal memos are already being signed as AFM gets under way in Santa Monica. Indomina Releasing picked up all North American rights to the French horror film “The Pack,” while Film Movement snagged rights to the Australian family drama “Little Sparrows.” A selection at Cannes and L.A.’s Screamfest, “The Pack” stars Yolande Moreau, Benjamine Biolay and Emilie Dequenne. Franck Richard wrote and directed the film. Directed by Yu-Hsiu Camille Chen, “Sparrows” depicts the difficult choices of a mother and her three daughters as they face their last Christmas together.
