FNB Exclusive: Production Shingle Gets Into the Horror Business with Fangoria
Accelerator, a production entity under the banner of The Little Film Company, has partnered with the world’s largest fan-based horror media company Fangoria Entertainment, as well as its newly instated entertainment division Gravesend Film Enterprises, to produce a slate of theatrical films. Gravesend is a partnership of Thomas DeFeo, owner of Fangoria, and veteran producer Steven Mackler. Robbie Little, co-president of Accelerator, will join DeFeo and Mackler as executive producers of all the films on the slate, with Little Film handling sales. First production on the slate will be a remake of the Bob Clark 70s zombie cult classic, “Children Shouldn’t Play With Dead Things, with production is set to begin in early spring.
