Angela Bassett Joins “This Means War”
Angela Bassett has joined Fox’s “This Means War” alongside Chris Pine, Tom Hardy and Reese Witherspoon, with McG directing. The action/romantic comedy centers on two best friends and international spies who fall in love with the same woman and declare war on each other. Producers are Will Smith, James Lassiter, Robert Simonds, Witherspoon and Simon Kinberg. Bassett will play the boss to Pine and Hardy’s characters who has dedicated her entire life to the spy business and has no life outside the CIA.
